The latest version is for use with S-PLUS 7.0.

Getting Started

After S+ArrayAnalyzer is installed, you can begin using it by selecting File > Load Module > ArrayAnalyzer from within S-PLUS.

The document S+ArrayAnalyzer 2.0 User's Guide provides information about the features, and includes three examples which you can try to familiarize yourself with the software (see chapters 2, 3 and 4). You can read it by selecting Help > Online Manuals > ArrayAnalyzer User's Guide from the main menu bar after loading the module. Example data sets can be found in the examples folder of the ArrayAnalyzer module. For a default installation of S-PLUS 7.0 the location is

C:/Program Files/Insightful/splus70/module/ArrayAnalyzer/examples

Complete on-line help for the S+ArrayAnalyzer Graphical User Interface and for the command-line functions is available by selecting Help > Available Help > ArrayAnalyzer.

Patches

S-PLUS 6.1 with S+ArrayAnalyzer 1.1

The patch listed below is for patching S+ArrayAnalyzer version 1.1 using S-PLUS 6.1. Do not apply this patch to S+ArrayAnalyzer version 2.1.1 running on S-PLUS 7.0 or to S+ArrayAnalyzer 2.0 or 1.1.4 running on S-PLUS 6.2.

Available: S+ArrayAnalyzer Version 1.1.3 Patch

You can check the version you have by typing version.ArrayAnalyzer at the command line after loading the S+ArrayAnalyzer module.
